Cowboy Meatloaf - YUM - A Family Favorite
COWBOY MEATLOAF
Cowboy Meatloaf is my family's version of meatloaf. It is one of our favorite comfort foods. I hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger
Worcestershire sauce
garlic salt or powder
Tony Chachere's
sea salt
pepper
egg
breadcrumbs
Red Devil Cayenne Pepper Sauce
jalapeno jack cheese (shredded)
chedder cheeses (shredded)
bacon (cooked and crumbled)
ranch style beans
mashed potatoes (prepared to taste)
chives
Directions:
1. mix the meat, worcestershire, garlic, tonys, salt, pepper, egg, breadcrumbs, red devil, pepper jack cheese (all to taste)
2. press meat mixture into glass baking dish and broil in the oven till cooked through.
3. Drain fat.
4. layer on top of the meatloaf:
bacon, ranch style beans (including most of the liquid), mashed potatoes, smother in shredded cheeses and top with chives.
5. bake until the cheese is melty (i like mine just turning golden)
6. serve :)
